Basketball Recap: Arickaree Bison vs. Idalia Wolves

Arickaree's game on Friday was all tied up 24-24 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 47-38 win over the Idalia Wolves. For the Bison, this counts as revenge for the 72-64 victory the Wolves walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Arickaree to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zarron Skubal, who went 6 for 7 en route to 14 points. Another player making a difference was Jake King, who posted 12 points along with six rebounds and five assists.

Idalia's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Camden Wingfield, who earned eight points.
