Thomasville lost against Valdosta back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bulldogs fell 2-0 to the Wildcats. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Thomasville ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19.

Thomasville's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Valdosta, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-4.
