Volleyball Recap: Fairfield Find Success

Fairfield lost to South Haven back in September of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Falcons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Cardinals. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fairfield had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-18, 25-23.

Fairfield's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for South Haven, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Fairfield didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Southeast on the 13th. As for South Haven, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against Moundridge on the 13th.
