Basketball Recap: Lynchburg Homeschool's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Lynchburg HomeSchool had to endure a six-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 64-55 victory over the Fredericksburg V Victory on Friday. The Patriots' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Lynchburg HomeSchool's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carson Hill led the charge by putting up 19 points. The dominant performance gave Hill a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Josiah Jantomaso, who posted 18 points.

Lynchburg HomeSchool's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Fredericksburg V, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.
