Volleyball Recap: Yorktown Falls Short of South Lakes in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Yorktown can now relate to. They came up short against the South Lakes Seahawks on Thursday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Patriots have suffered against the Seahawks since October 13, 2015.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-22, 25-22.

Yorktown's defeat ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-10. As for South Lakes, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 15-4 record.

As of now, neither Yorktown nor the Seahawks have any future games scheduled.
