Volleyball Game Preview: Chatham Central Bears vs. South Stokes Sauras

The Chatham Central Bears will challenge the South Stokes Sauras at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

South Stokes will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Chatham Central extended their winning streak to three on Monday. The Bears were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over College Prep & Leadership Academy.

While Chatham Central won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 25-21.

Meanwhile, South Stokes made easy work of Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy on Monday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-11, 25-17.

Chatham Central's win bumped their record up to 11-12. As for South Stokes, their victory bumped their record up to 17-6.

Chatham Central might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from South Stokes when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can the Bears avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
