Basketball Game Preview: Fulton County Pilots vs. Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado

Fulton County is 0-4 against Paducah Tilghman since December of 2014 but things could change on Wednesday. The Fulton County Pilots will challenge the Paducah Tilghman Blue Tornado at 6:00 p.m. Fulton County has given up an average of 61.4 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 73-46, which was the final score in Fulton County's tilt against Carlisle County on Friday. The Pilots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

St. Mary typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Paducah Tilghman proved too difficult a challenge. They managed a 70-64 win over the Vikings. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since February 7, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Fulton County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Paducah Tilghman, their victory bumped their record up to 16-11.

Fulton County suffered a grim 81-55 defeat to Paducah Tilghman when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Can Fulton County avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
