Volleyball Recap: FBCHA Picks Up Seventh Straight Win on the Road

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Tuesday. FBCHA came out on top against Second Baptist University-Model by a score of 3-1.

FBCHA walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 19-25, 25-17.

Melody Coleman paced FBCHA's offense, picking up 16 kills. Coleman got some help from Izabella Pham and her 25 assists. Pham was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

FBCHA pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Second Baptist University-Model, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5-1.

FBCHA has already played their next match (against Tournament Team), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for the Eagles, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on the Eagle at 6:00 p.m. on September 25.
