Ten must be D'Iberville's lucky number: they beat Wayne County with that score not once but twice on Saturday. The Warriors beat the War Eagles by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 10-1. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by eight runs or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for D'Iberville, bringing their record up to 9-9. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Wayne County, they dropped their record down to 6-16-1 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.
