Baseball Recap: Morgantown Comes Up Short

Morgantown entered their contest against Wheeling Park on Monday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Mohigans fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-2. The match marked the Mohigans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Morgantown saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mason Bowers, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base.

Morgantown's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Wheeling Park, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-1.
