Baseball Recap: Star-Spencer Takes a Loss

Star-Spencer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 5-0 to the Capitol Hill Redwolves. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 8-4 to the Redwolves when the teams met back in April of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Star-Spencer's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Capitol Hill, their win ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-7.

Star-Spencer has already played their next matchup (against Douglass), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Capitol Hill, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-3 victory against Western Heights on the 27th.
