Basketball Game Preview: Cherokee Indians vs. Shoals Christian Flame

Cherokee is 0-10 against Shoals Christian since January of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Cherokee Indians just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Shoals Christian Flame at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Cherokee turned things around against Vina on Monday. They put the hurt on the Red Devils with a sharp 42-22 win. That looming 42-22 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Indians yet this season.

Meanwhile, Shoals Christian hadn't done well against Hackleburg recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Shoals Christian secured a 55-50 W over Hackleburg.

Cherokee better keep an eye on Sarah Davis (2025). She was instrumental in Shoals Christian's win, dropping a double-double on 22 points and 15 rebounds.
