Garner scored the most goals they've had this season on Wednesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Fuquay - Varina Bengals by a score of 4-3. Lily Ridge probably wasn't too happy after the matchup: she scored every single goal for Garner and still walked away on the losing team.

Garner dropped their record down to 3-9 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Fuquay - Varina, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.
