If Newark Academy were looking for revenge after losing 4-1 to Glen Ridge when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Newark Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Glen Ridge, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.
