Softball Recap: Ridgefield Comes Up Short

Ridgefield came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Brookfield Bobcats, falling 12-3. The Tigers have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Ridgefield's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Brookfield, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Ridgefield will head out on the road to face off against St. Joseph at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Brookfield, they will welcome Bassick at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
