Baseball Game Preview: Bradford Eagles vs. Clarendon Lions

Bradford is a perfect 10-0 against Clarendon since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Eagles will face off against the Lions at 4:30 p.m. Bradford has given up an average of 6.8 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Bradford is headed into Thursday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight games on Tuesday. They lost 11-4 to Abundant Life. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly seven runs.

Meanwhile, Clarendon came up short against Midland back in March, falling 16-1. The Lions have struggled against the Mustangs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Clarendon's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bradford, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

Everything went Bradford's way against Clarendon in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Bradford made off with a 6-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
