Basketball Recap: Walton Comes Up Short

Walton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 60-23 defeat at the hands of the Bronx High School of Science Wolverines. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Walton's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Bronx High School of Science, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-1.

Walton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 54-39 victory against Roosevelt Educational on the 6th. As for Bronx High School of Science, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, an 82-42 win against Taft on the 6th.
