Volleyball Recap: Umatilla Takes a Loss

Umatilla was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Prairie City Panthers.

Umatilla's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Prairie City, they pushed their record up to 12-5 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home.

Umatilla didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Horizon Christian on the 20th. As for Prairie City, they will face off against Dayville/Monument/Long Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Panthers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
