Basketball Recap: Lowell Catholic Takes a Loss

Lowell Catholic lost against Greater Lowell Tech back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lowell Catholic Crusaders took a 79-75 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons.

Lowell Catholic has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season. As for Greater Lowell Tech, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.

Coming up, Lowell Catholic will be taking part in a tournament against Lynnfield at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. One thing working in Lowell Catholic's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups. As for Greater Lowell Tech, they will head out to challenge Tyngsborough at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
