Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Desert Christian). They blew past the San Miguel Vipers 31-5 on Tuesday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Vipers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Desert Christian got a massive performance out of Alexa Yarger, who fired off two home runs, nine RBI, and five runs while going 4-for-5. Those nine RBI gave Yarger a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Cali Smith, who fired off seven RBI, four runs, and two triples while going 5-for-5.

Yarger wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Desert Christian kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 23 hits. That's a new trend for the Eagles: they were averaging 5.4 hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 games they've averaged 12.2.
