The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Lynx: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Jefferson). They secured a 63-57 W over Sioux City West on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Yellowjackets as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Jefferson's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Sergeant Bluff-Luton, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Sergeant Bluff-Luton came up short against Jefferson in their previous matchup back in January, falling 71-62. Thankfully for Sergeant Bluff-Luton, Jayden Calabro (who went 13 for 21 on his way to 27 points and five rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
