Lausanne Collegiate has gone a perfect 10-0 against St. George recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Lynx will be playing in front of their home fans against the Gryphons at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Lausanne Collegiate's favor is that they have posted at least 31 points in their last five contests.

On Friday, Lausanne Collegiate humbled St. Benedict at Auburndale with a 42-7 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Lynx's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 46th, while the Eagles are ranked 260th).

A big part of Lausanne Collegiate's win came down to the chemistry between Lawrence Britt and his top target Marterius Boyd. Britt gained 77 total yards and two touchdowns while Boyd rushed for 72 yards and two touchdowns. Jawell Rodgers also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.

Lausanne Collegiate was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 247 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 152 rushing yards in five consecutive matchups.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Lausanne Collegiate, racking up 12 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Rodgers, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Meanwhile, St. George's didn't have too much breathing room in their game against St. Benedict at Auburndale last Friday, but they still walked away with a 21-15 victory.

Lausanne Collegiate pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 44.3 points over those games. As for St. George's, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Everything came up roses for Lausanne Collegiate against St. George's in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 38-7 victory. In that contest, the Lynx amassed a halftime lead of 35-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
