Volleyball Recap: St. Croix Central Comes Up Short

St. Croix Central lost against Osceola back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers fell just short of the Chieftains by a score of 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, St. Croix Central sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-19, 19-25, 25-16, 25-27, 15-13.

St. Croix Central's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Osceola, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-11.

Coming up, St. Croix Central will take on Rice Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Osceola, they will square off against Prairie Farm on October 4.
