Basketball Recap: Oark Takes a Loss

Oark lost against Western Yell County back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Oark Hornets had to suffer through a 58-18 loss at the hands of the Western Yell County Wolverines. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oark's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Western Yell County, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 7-9 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Scranton the next time they take the court. Western Yell County will host Scranton at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Oark will host them at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
