Baseball Recap: Billings Takes a Loss

Billings and Halfway squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Billings had to settle for second. They came up short against the Cardinals, falling 8-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Wildcats were not able to get on the board.

Billings' defeat dropped their record down to 15-4. As for Halfway, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-9.

Billings does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Halfway, they will venture away from home to square off against El Dorado Springs at 4:30 p.m. on June 5.
