Volleyball Recap: West Adams' Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Five

West Adams had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They beat Franklin by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 3-2.

West Adams had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 18-25, 22-25, 25-22, 25-21, 15-13.

West Adams pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Franklin, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Looking ahead, West Adams will host Math & Science College Preparatory at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Math & Science College Preparatory will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something West Adams surely won't give up without a fight. As for Franklin, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Marquez at 4:00 p.m.
