Recap: Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders vs. Greeneville Greene Devils        
        
		
            
 The Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight  matchups by 20  points or more this season. They blew past Greeneville 65-38 on the road. With Gatlinburg-Pittman ahead  41-15 at the half, the  game was all but over already.
 Leading Gatlinburg-Pittman to victory were  Maddy Newman and  Maliyah Glasper.  Newman  scored 17 points along with seven  rebounds, while  Glasper  scored 22 points. The  match was  Newman's 12th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was  Leah Stinnett, who  scored eight points.
 Greeneville lost  on Monday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being   Kyla Jobe, who  scored 12 points. Jobe scored a full 31.6% of Greeneville's points, the third time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Abby Adkins, who  scored ten points.
 The  win (which was Gatlinburg-Pittman's third in a row) raised their record to 11-2. As for Greeneville, they now  have a losing record at 5-6.
 Gatlinburg-Pittman will be home for the holidays to greet  James F. Byrnes at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Greeneville, they will head out on the road to face off against Daniel Boone at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
