After losing to Stone Mountain the last time they met, North Clayton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The North Clayton Eagles breezed by the Stone Mountain Pirates to the tune of 59-24 on Tuesday. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 23 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Stone Mountain still got an impressive performance from Makayla Wilson, who posted 12 points. That was a full 50% of Stone Mountain's points, marking the 13th time in a row she's had more than a third of the team's points.

North Clayton now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Stone Mountain, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.

North Clayton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 63-21 win against Riverdale on the 7th. As for Stone Mountain, they have also already played their next contest, a 60-38 defeat against Douglass on the 7th.
