Soccer Recap: Bellingham Takes a Loss

After flying high against Medway on Thursday, Bellingham came back down to earth. The Blackhawks came up short against the King Philip Regional Warriors on Monday, falling 5-2. While losing is never fun, Bellingham can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 252nd, while King Philip Regional are ranked 45th).

Bellingham's loss dropped their record down to 3-9-2. As for King Philip Regional, their win bumped their record up to 9-3-5.

Looking ahead, Bellingham will be playing at home against Medfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. King Philip Regional does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
