Churchill had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Eagle Point on Thursday. The Lancers blew past the Eagles 3-0. The win continues a trend for the Lancers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

Churchill's victory bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Eagle Point, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 7-12.
