It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Taylor had no problem doing just that on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 17-3 margin over the County Line Indians. Considering the Tigers have won 16 contests by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was Taylor's 11th in a row) raised their record to 20-3. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for County Line, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.

Taylor has already played their next game, a 4-1 win against West Side on the 16th. County Line does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
