Two dominant forwards in Carter Hubble and Connor Sanders are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Southmont Mounties will head out on the road to challenge the Cascade Cadets at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Southmont is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.

Meanwhile, Cascade beat Western Boone on Saturday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 52-51. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Cascade.
Southmont's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Cascade, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season.
Southmont didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Cascade in their previous meeting back in January of 2021, but they still walked away with a 58-54 victory. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Cascade's Aidan Roach, who scored 22 points along with two blocks.
