King's Christian hasn't had much luck against Atlantic Christian recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Knights will welcome the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as King's Christian comes in on four and Atlantic Christian on five.
King's Christian's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over The Pilgrim Academy. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won three contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Bridet Levandoski made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs.
In other batting news, King's Christian let Ava Garcia and Ada PIckard run wild. Garcia went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double, while PIckard went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Another player making a difference was Lily Welsh, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
King's Christian was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .556. The last time their batting average was this high was back in May of 2024.
Meanwhile, it may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Atlantic Christian ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They had just enough and edged out The Christian Academy 12-11.
Ava Nixon spent all nine innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and eight unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up 15 Ks. Those 15 strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.
On the hitting side, Taylor Sutton and Ashlee Alford did most of the damage at the plate: Sutton got on base in all five of her plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI, while Alford went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases and three runs. That's the most stolen bases Alford has posted since back in May of 2024. Jojo Weeks was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases and two runs.
King's Christian's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Atlantic Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
Tuesday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. King's Christian hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .380. However, it's not like Atlantic Christian struggles in that department as they've averaged .313. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
