Basketball Recap: Hanford Comes Up Short

Hanford lost against Hermiston back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hanford Falcons fell to the Hermiston Bulldogs 55-50. That's two games in a row now that the Falcons have lost by exactly five points.

Hanford's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Hermiston, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8.

Hanford and Kamiakin will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. As for Hermiston, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Walla Walla at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Walla Walla has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
