Pinedale and Mountain View are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2021, but not for long. The Pinedale Wranglers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mountain View Buffalos at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Pinedale has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Pinedale fought the good fight in their overtime game against Lander Valley on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 69-67. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Saturday (55), the Wranglers still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 62 points the game before, Mountain View was a bit more limited in their matchup on Saturday. They were beaten by Lovell 57-19. The contest marked the Buffalos' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Pinedale has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season. Mountain View's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-13.

Pinedale beat Mountain View 67-54 in their previous matchup back in January. Does Pinedale have another victory up their sleeve, or will Mountain View turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
