Basketball Recap: Clay Comes Up Short

Clay and Federal Hocking squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Clay had to settle for second. They lost 69-47 to the Federal Hocking Lancers.

Clay's defeat was their 15th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Federal Hocking, their win bumped their record up to 5-18.

Clay does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Federal Hocking, they will face off against North Adams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North Adams will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Federal Hocking surely won't give up without a fight.
