Football Game Preview: Jenkins Warriors vs. Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets + Official Tickets

The Jenkins Warriors will challenge the Southeast Bulloch Yellow Jackets at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Jenkins is headed into the game after thoroughly thrashing Windsor Forest: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Warriors blew the Knights out of the water with a 48-6 final score. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on five straight.

Dominique Johnson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 51 yards and one touchdown, while also catching one score.

Meanwhile, after only seven points in their last matchup, Southeast Bulloch made sure to put some points up on the board against Groves on Friday. The Yellow Jackets blew past the Rebels, posting a 55-16 win. The Yellow Jackets haven't had any issues with the Rebels recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Southeast Bulloch didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Kallisto Scott, Aaden Peterson, and Parker Turner picked up one apiece. Southeast Bulloch received some extra help from DJ Brooks, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Jenkins' win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Southeast Bulloch, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Everything came up roses for Jenkins against Southeast Bulloch when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 48-14 victory. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Yellow Jackets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
