Volleyball Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

Lake Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the New Trier Trevians.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-15.

Lake Forest's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for New Trier, they pushed their record up to 18-7 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Lake Forest will host Libertyville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for New Trier, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Glenbard West on the 10th.
