Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Carla Pop and Elisa Cook Lead Juanita to Victory + How To Watch

The Juanita Ravens made easy work of the North Creek Jaguars on Saturday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Leading Juanita to victory were Elisa Cook and Carla Pop. Cook had nine digs and two aces, while Pop had 13 assists and three digs. What's more, Cook posted two assists, the most she's had over her last six contests. Kaydah Lehman also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Juanita was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 15 aces. They are 13-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Juanita's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for North Creek, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15-2 record this season.

Juanita has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Mount Si on the 1st. North Creek does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
