Basketball Recap: Leland Comes Up Short

Leland lost against Amboy last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Leland Panthers fell to the Amboy Clippers 57-53. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Leland's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Amboy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Leland will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Newark at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025. As for Amboy, they will host Warren at 1:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Warren is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.7 points per game this season.
