Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coalinga). They came out on top against the Mendota Aztecs by a score of 73-65 on Friday. The win was familiar territory for the Horned Toads who have now won five games in a row.

Coalinga pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.3 points per game. As for Mendota, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-9.
