Volleyball Recap: Midwest Central Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Midwest Central lost against Greenview back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs.

While Midwest Central was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-20.

Midwest Central's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Greenview, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-8.

Looking ahead, Midwest Central will challenge Roanoke-Benson at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Raiders are facing the Rockets at the right time seeing as the Rockets are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Greenview, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Illini Central at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
