Football Recap: Chief Sealth's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games + How To Watch

Chief Sealth and Olympic squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Chief Sealth had to settle for second. They took a 27-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans. While losing is never fun, the Seahawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington football rankings (they are ranked 156th, while the Trojans are ranked 45th).

Despite the loss, Chief Sealth still got an impressive performance from Mason Filitaula, who threw for 173 yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 50 yards. The Seahawks' leading receiver Marquis Tovia-Ford was Filitaula's top target yet again, picking up 84 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Chace Webster was his usual excellent self, rushing for 331 yards and four scores while picking up 11.4 yards per carry for Olympic. Webster's longest rush was for an incredible 93 yards.

The loss snapped Chief Sealth's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-4 record. As for Olympic, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.

Chief Sealth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Olympic, they have already played their next contest, a 45-13 defeat against Archbishop Murphy on the 15th.
