Volleyball Recap: Cedar Comes Up Short

Cedar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Salt Lake Academy Griffins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Griffins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on Friday.

Cedar's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Salt Lake Academy, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Coming up, Cedar will take on Juan Diego Catholic in a tournament on Friday. As for Salt Lake Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Morgan at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
