Mesick fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They breezed past the Walkerville Wildcats to the tune of 72-26 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 68-9 back in January.

Mesick was led to victory by Kristian Synder and Kenyan White. Synder posted 18 points, while White scored 18 points. Those 18 points gave White a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Gabe Bradley, who had nine points.

Mesick's win bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Walkerville, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-9.

Mesick has already played their next matchup, a 68-30 defeat against Manton on the 10th. As for Walkerville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 80-14 loss against Bear Lake on the 7th.
