Volleyball Recap: Conneaut Area Takes a Loss

The Conneaut Area Eagles didn't have quite enough to beat the Eisenhower Knights on Thursday and fell 3-2. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Conneaut Area actually scored more points across those five sets (105-98), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 11-25, 25-22, 25-21, 15-12.

Conneaut Area's defeat dropped their record down to 11-6-1. As for Eisenhower, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Conneaut Area will square off against Saegertown at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eisenhower, they will take on West Middlesex at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
