Baseball Recap: Dunmore Wins Going Away Against Wyoming Area

Dunmore barely beat Wyoming Area the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Everything went the Dunmore Bucks' way against the Wyoming Area Warriors on Tuesday as the Dunmore Bucks made off with an 11-1 win. The Bucks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Matt Iezzi was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Max Forgione was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

The victory made it two in a row for Dunmore and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Dunmore will challenge Carbondale Area at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wyoming Area, they will square off against Crestwood at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
