Judging from his 6-foot-2, 315-pound frame, Andrew Billings is a fan of pancakes. He liked the blocking kind quite well while starring at Waco (Texas).

The current Baylor junior defensive tackle was a tremendous offensive tackle in high school, recording a whopping 146 pancake blocks his senior season for the Lions, who went 9-4.

The projected first-round pick in next week's NFL Draft had modest numbers on the defensive end with 20 tackles and a single sack his senior year.

Still, as a four-star recruit, Billings was considered the 13th-best defensive tackle in the country by the 2013 247Sports Composite Rankings. More impressive than his football prowess were his weightlifting credentials, breaking a state mark at the time by putting up 2,015 pounds in a Texas powerlifting competition.

Once at Baylor, Billings hit the ground running, recording 29 tackles in 11 games as a true freshman. In 2014, he started all 13 games and earned all-Big 12 honors. Last season, he earned first-team all-American honors and was the Big 12 Co-Defensive Player of the Year. He finished with 106 career tackles (30 for loss), including 7.5 sacks. It was easy to see why he opted for the NFL rather than stick around.

The latest CBS Sports mock draft boards have Billings going as high as 25th to the Steelers (one expert), while three others have him slated at 27th to the Green Bay Packers. One expert has him sliding to the second round.
