Pershing put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 71-3 victory over the Northwestern Colts. The Doughboys have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.

Pershing's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-0. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 16.5 points per game. As for Northwestern, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pershing will welcome Central at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Pershing is facing Central at the right time seeing as Central is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Northwestern, it'll be Eastside v. Westside when they and East English Village Prep meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
