Soccer Recap: Michigan Center Takes a Loss

If Michigan Center was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Jonesville on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cardinals came up short against the Columbia Central Golden Eagles on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Michigan Center of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

Michigan Center's loss dropped their record down to 5-2. As for Columbia Central, their win bumped their record up to 6-1-1.

Coming up, Michigan Center will head out on the road to square off against Leslie at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Columbia Central, they will host Grass Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
